Author Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

GJMS adheres to the ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) recommendations. Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English and submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

Element Requirement
Abstract Structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions); Max 300 words.
Keywords 3 to 6 MeSH terms.
Word Count Original Research: 3,500 words; Case Reports: 1,500 words.
References AMA Style (Vancouver); numbered in order of citation.
Submission Checklist
Cover Letter: Explicitly stating that the work has not been published elsewhere.
Ethical Approval: Statement including the name of the ethics committee and approval number.
Blinded Manuscript: Ensure no author names or affiliations are in the main file for peer review.
Figures/Tables: High resolution (300 DPI min) and cited in the text.

Publication Ethics

We take research integrity seriously. All submitted work is screened for plagiarism using cross-check software. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest at the time of submission.

Patient Privacy

For case reports, written informed consent for publication must be obtained from the patient. De-identify all radiographic images and clinical photos.
